Marinated
Shrimp
|
Ingredients:

1 lb. frozen shrimp (peeled and de-veined)

8 oz. soy sauce
-
4 oz. olive oil
-
4 oz. Wild Rooster Mustard Mania BBQ
Sauce
-
Tsp garlic salt
-
Tsp pepper
-
2 Tsp fresh grated ginger root
-
4 Tsp Wild Rooster Italian Dry Rub

Thaw shrimp according to instructions.

Mix remaining ingredients.

Place shrimp in bowl and pour marinate over them until full covered. Marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

To serve cold, simply drain and place cold shrimp on a bed of
lettuce.

To serve heated, thread shrimp on wooden skewers before marinating. Grill over hot coals until heated through. Serve on a bed of rice.
