Mini-Cocktail
Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 Envelope Lipton Onion/Mushroom Soup Mix
-
1 Pound lean ground beef
-
½ Cup plain dry bread crumbs
-
¼ Cup dry red wine (or water)
-
2 Slightly beaten eggs
-
16 Ounces Cool Tomato, KC Kicker or
Mustard Mania BBQ Sauce
Mix ingredients and shape into small (bite-size) meatballs.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In shallow baking pan, arrange meatballs ¾ inches apart.
Bake 18 minutes or until done.
Meatballs may be refrigerated until ready to serve or frozen for a later date.
When ready to serve, warm on baking pan, place in chafing dish and simmer in desired
Wild Rooster BBQ Sauce.
