Mini-Cocktail
Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 envelope dry Onion Mushroom soup mix

1 pound lean ground beef

1 finely grated fresh onion
-
½ cup plain dry bread crumbs

¼ cup dry red wine (or water)

2 slightly beaten eggs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all ingredients by hand and shape into 1 inch meatballs. Bake in a shallow pan for 18 minutes. Note: once cooled, they freeze easily at this stage.
When ready to serve, thaw in the microwave for 5 minutes. Place thawed meatballs in chafing dish and cover with Wild
Rooster Mustard Mania sauce. Serve warm.
