Allow steaks to warm to remove refrigerator chill. Dampen steaks and sprinkle your choice of Wild Rooster Dry Rub on steaks. Grill on oiled rack with high heat, 5 inches from heat for 4-5 minutes each side for medium-rare. May be served with BBQ Sauce: Wild Rooster's Cool Tomato or KC Kicker. Steak Selection and Storage: Refrigerate and use or freeze within one or two days of purchase. For longer storage, overwrap with foil or place in a plastic bag. |
